She scheduled me to bring in my vehicle for a routine maintenance. Her voice and manorism was like a breath of fresh air. Upon my arrival she quickly received me and made me feel comfortable and escorted me to the waiting area while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Jacinth is a true professional who, along with the entire dealership, is very friendly and makes you feel at ease, as the search begins for a new vehicle. From the onset, the depth of her knowledge regarding her product is quite apparent and impressive. She is highly articulate without pushing and helps to guide you to the best suited vehicle. You have her undivided attention and she possess a unique ability to match the product to your needs. I went to this dealership on a one way ticket the other day from over 4 hours away with a check in hand to purchase a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali vehicle. I had multiple issues dealing with them prior to goin day from over 4 hours away with a check in hand to purchase a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali vehicle. I had multiple issues dealing with them prior to going and was not sent all the proper angle pictures of the "problems". I was then sent the Purchase order from the finance manager that all seemed normal and legit but then I received the same Purchase order but this time it was in an email from my salesman (mentioned above) hand written and saying that I would get no warranty at all and the car was going to be sold to me "AS IS" Lets keep in mind that this is a 2011 vehicle with only 20K miles on it. After traveling this long distance and seeing the vehicle I would say that anyone with any common sense would clearly see that this vehicle has SEVERE WATER DAMAGE. I have several pictures showing how bad it is. I can't believe that this vehicle could possibly pass an inspection with how badly it is rusted out on the under carriage and on every possible component under the hood. The picture that is shown on the website for this picture is very deceiving. BEWARE! I feel like I was taken advantage of and duped into trying to sell me this car. Very unethical! The corrosion on this vehicle runs on the undercarriage and chassis from the very front to the very back of the vehicle. The rust is also on every possible metal component under the hood all the way up to the top. There is also rust under the steering column inside the vehicle. In addition the balancing weights that are on the rims of the tires .... also rusted out. The chrome from the rims is all peeling off. Worse than that is that the passenger side rear wheel shows a good normal tire with a non rusted weight on their website and that particular time when I was at the dealership has NO WEIGHT on it at all proving that that unless they have some crazy story for this the picture they have posted on the internet is not the vehicle I looked at on their lot! A Dealership that operates like this should be shut down! This is not an inexpensive vehicle and I don't know how these people can sleep at night engaging in these types of business practices! Thank god I caught on to this and didn't give them my hard earned money! More

The day that I walked into the dealership I did'nt expect to actually end up buying a car that day. Jacinth was great and her personality made my first time buying a car experience a memorable one. She made the process not just smooth, fast, and easy but exciting and fun. The day of pick-up for my new vehicle she had it there in the showroom with a bow on top making it the best present I've received and yet from myself. Her excitement for me mixed with my own made it feel like a miniature party for myself. She also sat with me and was my live manual book taking her time showing me every function of the vehicle. I'm all about customer service and she is the definition of great customer service. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Mercedes because I was taken care of as if I was family and if she's available ask for Jacinth Samuels. More
I bought a certified pre-owned 2010 E350 from this dealership on April 8, 2013 . Mitch Clinton is the sales person that I worked with and he was great. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly, let the car sell itself. When I came to pick up the car, I found it in spotless condition complete. Mitch explained each feature in detail, helped me set up the Bluetooth for my phone and away I went. Don Spillane was the business manager who finalized the transaction and again I was met with excellence. Don facilitated the financing and registration process with ease. Overall, my car buying experience exceeded my every expectation. As a side note, I had my previous car, a 1998 E320 serviced here since I bought it in 2006 and I have always had a positive experience. I look forward to my continued relationship with this dealership. More
