Do not trust them. I leased a new E350 from them. At the same time I was returning previous lease. At that time I was told that the car I was returning didn't have any d I leased a new E350 from them. At the same time I was returning previous lease. At that time I was told that the car I was returning didn't have any damages. I was given a tol of paperwork to sign, as well as a computer pad. I about a week I received a bill for damages of almost $3000. When I called MBFS and Mercedes Benz of Fairfield, I was told that I signed for the damages. Note, I drove there from NYC, more than 70 miles. How could I do this with $3000 damages to wheels. More

Sales and Service are Excellent In July 2011 my wife and I purchased a new E350 4-Matic from Al Aliyev. We now have 65,000 miles on it. A few days ago we purchase a 2015 loaner ML3 In July 2011 my wife and I purchased a new E350 4-Matic from Al Aliyev. We now have 65,000 miles on it. A few days ago we purchase a 2015 loaner ML350 with $8900 from Al Aliyev and his partner, Paul Brown. Both of them were extremely helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we would go back to them again for another vehicle. We have had our Mercedes serviced at Mercedes-Banz of Fairfield for at least 10 years and have found their service staff to be very professional and helpful, especially Moya Singh. More

I am a repeat customer with the Fairfield dealership, primarily because of the attitude and professionalism of Jacinthe Samuels-Dixon, who is our sales representative. I already know I love Mercedes products, but Jacinthe is extremely helpful in navigating through extensive choices and facilitates an otherwise potentially onerous process. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in dealing with a no pressure sales professional with outstanding customer service skills! More
Their customer service is the worst, the managers need more training, they lie to their customers...my car is under warranty and I have been having issues with the wiper..the wiper on the rt is very very slow m training, they lie to their customers...my car is under warranty and I have been having issues with the wiper..the wiper on the rt is very very slow more than the normal. also, the vehicle was in an accident previously however, Mercedes never mentioned it to me instead said it did not show up on car fax therefore there's nothing they can do about it...the drive seat makes a very loud noise when it goes up and down so does the steering wheel...again, they have yet to replace it or fix it....I think they do not want to spend the money on replacing it...I recently purchase another vehicle from Lexus in stead of giving the business to Mercedes ...they will never get any more business from me nor my family/friends.. they are the worst car dealership to purchase a vehicle from...they do not stand by their words....and can careless about the customer once you purchase a vehicle from them...its all great before the purchase but after you walk away its over for them...well this is just the beginning, I am going to mention my experience on every social media site/twitter you name it ...news channel 12 and def speak to my attorney...something this small that can be worked out...however, Mercedes prefer to receive bad comments instead of happy endings. More
