Horrible service I had an on going issue with my vehicle that required multiple visits. On one visit, they even gave me someone else’s car!!!!!!! I thought it was a joke and I was on the show punkd- waiting for the cameras to come out and tell me how this was just a big joke. Sadly, no cameras filming - it was actual negligence and carelessness. Matthew Pikul, the service manager, was extremely rude and refused service to correct my vehicles issue. He told me to find another dealership who can help and that he will not allow me to schedule an appt. Is that how car issues are fixed? Banning the client? Well, let me help everyone else from being subjected to this type of cruel customer service. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I’m sure a KIA dealership provides better customer service than this! I took it to another MB dealer and they fixed it on the first shot. dont waste your time or money on this dealership!!! More
Best service I've ever had I have been to many dealerships in my life, but this one takes the cake. I am from Massachusetts, and was driving to New Jersey this evening. Believe it or not, my exhaust broke off from the undercarriage of my C300. I called the dealership, they sent me a flatbed to take the vehicle to the dealership, as I broke down in Milford. The tow truck driver brought me to the dealership and I met with Ken. Ken provided me with exceptional service, and really made me feel like a valued customer. To be honest, if I did not live in Boston, I would come to this dealership for all of my service. ken sat down with me after my vehicle was repaired, and explain to me the parts that will need to be fixed in the future. He assisted me with timelines of when my warrantees run out and what parts and service will be necessary. The next time I am looking to make a future purchase of a Mercedes, there is a very very good chance I will be visiting this dealership. I was very impressed, and can't wait to return. More

They both helped me with everything that I needed to make the whole experience positive. It is the best dealership to buy your dream car and spend your money. They have all the information about the car that is needed to help you understand and enjoy your ride to the fullest. I would definitely recommend everyone to do business with this dealership. worst cust service ever had a car towed in on tues for a no start, never got a call from anybody in the service dept to say my car was there.on wed I called to see what was g had a car towed in on tues for a no start, never got a call from anybody in the service dept to say my car was there.on wed I called to see what was going on and was left on hold twice for 8 minutes a a time with no one coming back to the phone.Finally I asked to speak to the service manger who finally picked up and told me he would check on the status and get back to me! guess what no call back from anyone again.Thursday I called to see what was going on and got a service advisor on the phone who told me the car was not brought into the shop yet but he would let me know when it was diagnosed . Guess what no call again and here it is on Friday and I just called and was left on hold for 8 minutes again to get told that the service writer was not at his desk.I think this is not very good customer service being I am in the auto business myself and would never let this happen at our dealership, I guess they don't need my business so I think I will never go there again. More
Worst custer service...EVER! I bought a used Lexus LS460 from Sam. I paid the car in full when I made the purchase and had them register the car. I waited about 3 months and notic I bought a used Lexus LS460 from Sam. I paid the car in full when I made the purchase and had them register the car. I waited about 3 months and noticed that NYS wasn't sending me my title. So I contacted NYS title bureau to find out what was going on. Person at the title bureau told me the title had a lien on it and no lien release was provided to them, so they wouldn't send me the title until it was given to them. I contacted Sam multiple time explaining what was going on. Once he even said "We're going out of our way to help you". Last time I checked, I paid for the service to get my car registered. I also contacted the lady who handles registering the cars and she said she took care of it so I gave it another 2 month while I was out of the country on business trip. Its almost been a year and still I've not received my title nor any help from this dealership. Avoid this place and find a better and more responsible dealership. More
