Great service for the initial purchase but unfortunately after sales service leave a lot to be desired. Took car back for a warranty claim. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I had recently had new tires put on the vehicle which caused two dshboardd lights to go on. The tire shop claimed I needed new sensors and my mechanic said the sensors were fine. He added air to the tires but the light continued to go on. He as puzzled and requested I make an appointment for a full evaluation of the issue. Fairfield Mercedes dealership tested the sensors, put air in the tires and the dashboard lights went off. They serviced my car as quickly as possible and were as honest and straightforward as possible. I will return when I have an issue with the car. More
