I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this car. I had narrowed it down to the BMW 7 series, the Porsche Panamara and the Lexus 400 series. I was determined to take the Lexus since it was very nice and much less expensive. Due to a big price difference, I had actually told Jacinth that I was moving on to another car and I thanked her for trying to keep me as a Mercedes customer. Jacinth, however, would not give up and was relentless in finding a way for me to continue as a Mercedes customer. She was able to show me the higher value that the S550 had over the other cars and eventually I did decide to stay with the Mercedes. She was very professional and knowlegeable about the car. This was by far is one of the best, nay, the best MB experience that I’ve had since I’ve become a loyal MB owner in early 2000's. And I say this with outmost respect for all of the dealers and the wond experience that I’ve had since I’ve become a loyal MB owner in early 2000's. And I say this with outmost respect for all of the dealers and the wonderful work that they do. I've used many MB dealers and Fairfield MB services department as well as the sales department have been superb and have gone way beyond what I would ever expect. Special thanks to the great General Manager - Eric Fertis, who unequivocally had come to my rescue when I had to replace 3 tires due to road hazards and insurance was extremely hesitant to cover the replacement cost and labor. Also I am ashamed to tell my friends how much I am paying for my fully loaded CLK 550 lease that Eric had extended to me while I was shopping for new lease 2 years ago. No dealer and I mean that came even close to the price that I am paying. Believe me when I say that I had called about 80% of dealers countrywide to see if they could beat this price. All the dealers I spoke with were interested in this sale as the car was still unallocated and seating at Port, but after I told them what the price was they all anonymously told me that I should run to the deal and take the car as they would not believe that this was a real offer. In fact many had asked for me to provide them with proof and one even made a bet with me that if I were to prove to them that I am paying this price they would tint my windows for free. Guess what! Now I have a white CLK 550 with professionally tinted windows and it looks great!!! So in conclusion, not only did the sales department go beyond what I expected so did/does the Service department. Oh and one other thing, I love their courtesy cars and how available they are. Just to put my comments in perspective here is a list of all the MB dealers that I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years and Fairfield by far is the best. I had the privilige of working with Moya Singh. I was recommended by another client some time ago. Moya Singh lives up to her reputation and does not dissapoint. She is a breath of fresh air. When you walk into the service department her clients all seem to share the same sentiment. You know the person you are dealing with by the mood of her other clients. I have bumped into many in the waiting area and at the cashier. She keeps them happy despite the fact that most of them might be there for a problem, or at the very least have been inconvenienced even for routine service. It's not all about the car, she actually asks about my family, remembers their names, or small details like games we were rushing off to when we saw her last and will ask about them. She cares. Bottom line; no one likes to bring their car in for service. Moya gets that. She is always upbeat, smiling, conscientious, and courteous. Aside from her interpersonal skills, she is extremely knowledgable. She knows what your car needs, and can explain it so those of us who don't work in the car business can understand. She manages deadlines and is always readily available by phone, email and text, even on the weekends or after hours she responds when I reach out. Recently after leaving your facility, we had a small problem created by the dealership. Moya didn't dodge my phone calls, or make excuses. Instead she went out of her way to wrap her arms around the situation and make sure it was rectified. She took ownership of this issue. Sometimes in business, things go wrong. What you decide to do after a problem is brought to your attention makes all of the difference in the experience for your customer. I have never had a problem in the past, and my experiences were always pleasant. When I picked up the phone to call and say I had a problem I didn't know what to expect. Would she be as responsive or would she suddenly become unavailable? Of course, I should have never doubted it, she was right there, to make it better. Moya Singh exemplifies excellence, dedication, knowledge, and above all INTEGRITY. This is something all businesses should look for when hiring employees. I never fill out surveys, or write reviews, but will do this for her and will recommend business associates, friends and family to Moya Singh at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield. More

She worked very closely with my husband and I to ensure I got the car that was right for me. I was worried that I would not have enough cargo room after having leased the GLK 350 for the past 3 years. However, she showed me the cargo space in the C300 sedan and it worked for me. I love the drop down rear seats! And, believe me, the cargo space is pretty close to what I had in the GLK. I know because I have already tested it. I love the look feel and handling of the car and can't wait to go on a road trip with it. Jacinth makes the experience so pleasant and easy. Thanks to her patience, I LOVE my new car!!! More

George was recommended by a friend and was great during this whole car buying process. When we initially went in he spent a lot of time showing us the used 2009 ML350 that we were looking at (this was our this whole car buying process. He was patient and never seemed like he was in a rush or had other clients to get to. When it came time to negotiate he really tried to work for us. We had to go back and forth over the course of a few days but in the end we were able to get a really great deal from George and Mike. When the time came to pick up the car George stayed past closing hours for me (since I had a long drive to get there) and then spent almost 45 minutes going over all of the features in the VERY technical ML. He seemed to know every little detail of the in-dash central computing system...it will probably take me years to learn it. The financing part of the transaction also went very smoothly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes signing the paperwork. The financing manager there was extremely organized and truly streamlined the process. If you want to purchase a car from a very honest, smart and hardworking dealer I truly recommend George Boccuzzi and Mercedes of Fairfield. More
