Tyler Kim was very helpful and patient with me but his manager does not seems to be supportive. We arrived 1.5 hours before it closes with all paperworks already emailed. the manager were pushing Tyler to hurry up because they are closing in an hour; infront of me. I thought that was rude and showing no importance to the customers. I paid the car in full with personal check so less paperworks done on site. More

Also, the gas gauge stopped working while the car was there, and ultimately, I declined repair of my car since I felt they were not being honest and wanted a second opinion. I had another auto repair shop inspect the vehicle and they found clean cuts of wires that were obviously done with a wire cutter!!! This place is soooooo sketchy! Avoid at all costs!!! More

Worst car dealers Con artist. Don't buy anything from this place. They will sell you stuff saying it is pre certified but be careful and read each and every line. They Con artist. Don't buy anything from this place. They will sell you stuff saying it is pre certified but be careful and read each and every line. They have really low standards. Make sure you look at the tires, brakes and any wear and tear parts because they will be really low or about to break but they will not explain this during the sale. More
Bought a lemon This dealership sold me a lemon. I've had my car, brand new C300 for 5 months now, it has been in for service 3 times, various reasons. Now the dash This dealership sold me a lemon. I've had my car, brand new C300 for 5 months now, it has been in for service 3 times, various reasons. Now the dash material is peeling off and cuts my skin. This is my 3rd Mercedes purchased with them, and this is my first ever problem car and they won't do anything to remediate this situation. I have a 3 year lease on this lemon and they say their hands are tied? Buyer beware of driving off the lot with any car, you will be stuck with it. And if you have a problem, they will tell you to take it up with Mercedes corporate , as they are an independent dealership. Shame on you Mercedes of Encino, horrible customer service. I will never buy a car from here again. More
iI DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS MERCEDES ENCINO I have bought cars from this Mercedes dealer. The cars that I bought from this dealer turned out to be broken in one way or another. Every time we go I have bought cars from this Mercedes dealer. The cars that I bought from this dealer turned out to be broken in one way or another. Every time we go to get the car fix they act like they fixed it, but they didn't the cars still have the same problem. The service manager of the dealer, David Flodquist was the most disrespectful when we were talking to this person. I do not recommend anyone to come to this dealer because of their lies and disrespectful manner when it came to talking to the customer. No one trust this dealer, this dealer sold me a car that was in an accident. The man who sold me this car was named Mr. Henrik he did not tell me that the car was in an accident. Everyone at this dealer are all liars. Do not trust this dealer. More
Horrible customer service & nasty tricks to lease you a car My personal experience with this "dealership" was literally terrible, I mean even unbelievably worse I could ever imagine. Shimon Broshinsky (the sale My personal experience with this "dealership" was literally terrible, I mean even unbelievably worse I could ever imagine. Shimon Broshinsky (the sales manager "trying to help" me) is the worst ever sales representative and the worst ever manager I've ever dealt with in my 38 years. After finding out I was leasing the car for my wife, he kept saying in the presence of my wife that I was not the type of a guy who deserves the Mercedes brand, and that if I was a “real man” I should agree to the prices and terms he was offering, and would get the car for my wife at any cost. After that conversation, my wife left the dealership. I explained to this person that it was very rude and unethical of him, and after he admitted he was wrong - I left the dealership. Because I really wanted to get the car for my wife, and because their dealership was very close to my workplace, I came back the next day during my lunch time, and asked the girl in the front desk to let Shimon know that I returned to the dealership, determined to lease a car. She was very nice, and immediately called Shimon, and he answered that I should wait. After waiting for approximately an hour, I asked the girl to contact Shimon again, and when she called, he yelled at the poor girl and hung up the phone on her. I left the dealership again. After several hours one of the sales persons called me and said Shimon was asking me to return to the dealership because this time he prepared something good for me. Because it was December 30th, and because I had already spent so much time on this, at the same time rejecting several offers from other dealers, I decided to give those guys the last chance to finish what we had already started, and to celebrate the New Year with a good gift to my wife. So I came back. Shimon still seemed very arrogant and disrespectful to me. His tone, gestures and manners towards me were really annoying. After talking to me only for a minute, he said, “I’m keeping my car. I’m not giving you any car”. Then he intentionally turned around and started talking to another customer in their native language (I believe Jewish/Hebrew or Farsi, not sure though). From time to time, he was laughing and looking at me, and I felt he was mocking or defaming me. I had the impression this person was using his managerial power to take advantage over others, including customers and his employees, and that he was enjoying his position through his arrogant attitude toward other people. I was nervous and shocked, and to avoid any worse experience, I told him I wanted to see his supervisor/manager. After waiting for a while, someone like him came (Larry Killingsworth), wasted my time, and then left me sitting alone in an uncertainty. After sitting for a moment, I approached Shimon and Larry in their office, and expressed my disappointment about their behavior and customer service. Shimon said that this is how they work, and if I didn’t like it I could leave, lease a cheaper car, and sue them. I told him that was awfully unacceptable, and that I'd like to share my opinion and to express that shame to their supervisor(s) and certainly to the owner(s). Shimon said nobody else was above him in his workplace, even though the dealership had a finance director and a general manager (in one of my prior requests to see someone above him Shimon had previously told me that only his God was above him, and nobody else in the world). I still insisted to see someone who able and willing to solve the problem. To my numerous requests to talk to the owner, Shimon said that the owner was in Dubai, and that I could not ever meet him, and that the only way to communicate with the owner was if I left a message with their employees, who might later let the owner know. Then I asked, “so you are actually doing whatever you want here, correct Shimon?” He answered “Yes, that’s correct. I do whatever I want”. Eventually, I left after all these, and found an excellent car for my wife from another Mercedes dealership. However, there are no words I can express my frustration and disappointment about Mercedes-Benz of Encino after visiting them for 3 consecutive days. I was trying to enjoy the process of getting a new car but these people wasted my time, energy, and nerves. It's unbelievable and unacceptable how such a stellar company like Mercedes-Benz could tolerate having this type of people representing their brand and their name. In one word, my experience/opinion about Mercedes-Benz of Encino is TERRIBLE! More
Best experience with Encino dealership We have been Keys clients forever til we decided to give Encino Mercedes dealership a chance and that was the best decision. We entered the dealership We have been Keys clients forever til we decided to give Encino Mercedes dealership a chance and that was the best decision. We entered the dealership having no idea what model we wanted and Saeed Golshani, so patiently took us to see all cars and models, and as soon as we chose what we liked, making the deal was a breeze. Saeed is very patient, he listens and once you know what you want he makes it happen. We thank Encino dealership, Saeed and Anoush to make our car buying experience a very pleasant one. More
