WARNING! This will be a long read. I am completely appalled by my experience. I purchased a car from them recently, and salesperson Joe M. had been calling me and texting me about a survey that was co appalled by my experience. I purchased a car from them recently, and salesperson Joe M. had been calling me and texting me about a survey that was coming. It sounds very important to him. He’d been great in general, always available when I have questions. Very nice and accommodating. He answers his phone even though he is off. The first question on the survey was, how was my experience with the salesperon. I rated him 10! Now, there were other questions about the dealership, and other personnel. I gave my very honest opinion. But apparently it seems that all of the questions are tied up on him? He called me back the following day, yelling at me! Yes, yelling at me. He was asking me, “Why did you give me 8? What is this?” I was in complete shocked. My anxiety was on the roof, and note that I was at work. He said, “You should have never done it instead, now I won’t get my commission” and he hanged up on me. My jaw was on the floor. How can they possibly see these feedback? These should be anonymous. I realized later that I was harrassed because of a survey. I never in my whole life experienced this. I’m expecting more of, “How can we make this right? What can we do to improve or change your reviews.” No, I was simply blamed for a survey that was poorly constructed. NOTE that I didn’t leave anything lower than 7 for all other questions, and these questions that didn’t even pertain to him! Now, I realized he was only being extra nice to me because of this survey that means so much to him. He turned 360° just because I didn’t leave a perfect review? Now, before I came to my senses, my immediate response was to make it right for him. I immediately contacted his manager, Danny Yerkanyan, I said, I had no problem with Joe and complimented him. He just agreed that the survey wasn’t written in a fair way for the salesperson. And I said, I just want to give him the credit he deserves. I said, I am willing to write him another survey. He said unfortunately it was only a one time deal. But, he suggested I should bring more clients to the dealership that can write future surveys. I am once again horrified. These people had gone insane. I made business with wrong people, and I’m concerned about the possibilities like future problems that might occurred in the car. I’m sorry, but the previous reviews are right. Although I had no problem with negotiating the price, I don’t think I would ever want to come back especially how I was treated for a mere survey. They weren’t able to dupe me with the price and the whole transaction because I came in prepared, but yes the staff are very condescending. More
This is absolutely the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen! First of these people for the most part can’t even speak English! They are arrogant, rude, disrespectful, non caring, bullies!!!! They speak to you like you are a piece of trash, like you know nothing at all even though you have to explain how things are supposed to legally be handled! I guess legally is what makes them nervous and starts the nasty attitudes!!!!!! They never return phone calls (no one in the dealership does), they think you are stupid enough to give them almost $100,000.00 before they will even show you a clear title or work up a contract!!! What kind of FOOL WOULD EVER DO THAT???? Can you say SCAMMER????!!!!!! I have never seen such a dishonest place to do business with in all of my life!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! SPOKE TO EVERY MANAGER THERE AND THEY WETE ALL RUDE AS xxxx AND TALK TO US LIKE WE OWED THEM SOMETHING AND LIKE WE WERE STUPID AS xxxx!! Sorry for the ugly words but I don’t have to buy from them and there are other places that have vehicles!! If people would just STOP BUYING FROM THEM OR EVEN VISITING THEM THEY WILL START TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND BEING MORE HONEST ABOUT THEIR DEALS!!!!! Stay away from their service department. They have serious theft of personal items going on there. After I dropped my car off and came to pick it up , it was ransacked and items were stolen. The reason I noticed is because when i was dropping it off i purposely covered the items, hiding them in passenger seat and putting things on top. So when I got my car back the first thing I did was check for the items hidden. everything was turned over and the things were missing. I reported to the manager on duty and he thought that I was crazy. It was Thursday. He told me they will check all of the cameras and the service manager will get back to me on Monday when he returns back to work. By Wednesday nobody called so we called them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional and said that they cant do anything about it. didnt even offer an apology. My personal property was invaded and items stolen and nothing was done about it. Customers beware. Horrible Horrible dealership! More

Rip off My Wife bought a new 2018 GLA 250 from this dealership4/30/18.As she is Chinese,they really took advantage of her. Falsely accused of identify theft. I contacted this Mercedes Encino (using the dealership's website "Ask a Question) in regards to a pre-owned 2014 Mercedes SLS Black Series listed at $ I contacted this Mercedes Encino (using the dealership's website "Ask a Question) in regards to a pre-owned 2014 Mercedes SLS Black Series listed at $600K - car that I wished to add to my collection. Brigette Barbie reached out the following day asking what car I was inquiring about - even thought I used the vehicle's dedicated page. I asked to see the original or a copy of the car's window sticker to confirm some of the few options. All she kept saying was that the car is on consignment. After several emails, and after failing to provide me with the request, she accused me of using fake information with my inquiry at dealer.com. I never used that site ever and did in fact - only - use MB Encino's website to reach out. After she stopped responding, I reached out to the general manager (no answer), sales manager (no answer) and internet sales manager. I received a response from Mr. Greg Yacoubian (a.k.a. Krikor Abkarian (Internet sales)) who, make matters worse, also accused me to using fake information without verifying things on his end. I insisted that I did no such thing. After several more emails, Mr. Yacoubian confirmed, through their IT department, that they had mixed things up on their end. I received a "sorry for the inconvenience". More

Misleading advertising squeezing out additional $20.000 They mailed me a color flyer with my name on it (meaning many of their customers got it) offering to take over my lease that I have had with another M They mailed me a color flyer with my name on it (meaning many of their customers got it) offering to take over my lease that I have had with another MB dealership for less than a year and that I’d choose a new lease taking a car from the Encino MB dealership. OK I thought, never heard of such a thing but maybe ..if I see a car I like I could do it .... They didn’t have a car I wanted so I asked around at other MB dealerships in the area and they all said,..what does Encino want to do ? I found out I would have to pay some $ 20.000 that they would ‘spread over several months to make it ‘easier’ ! They told me...’we are sorry to give you the bad news, but your car depreciated by $ 20.000 and so you have two options - either return it and pay $20.000 or keep on paying the lease..! I understand some people do eat this up and give them the money... I was told if I wanted to I could talk to the manager Mr Sam Lee who was the source of this, he wouldn’t even contact my to give an explanation or anything.. More

Hours have been wasted dealing with the aftermath of the charges and fraud. They pocketed the Drive Off and Registration fees for the car, sending me home with bogus plates on the car. I received a bill for hundreds of dollars after the fact. This dealership has MULTIPLE terrible reviews for fraud and unscrupulous practices as well as other horror stories. Mercedes Benz Encino is currently under investigation for fraud by American Express, the California DMV and Mercedes Benz Corporate. More
