He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind. It is such a pleasure to have my cars serviced at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills because everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility is so inviting and it is worth driving 26 miles one-way to receive such quality service. More

Don Vanderschoot is my usual contact person/representative who handles the forms for the maintenance/repairs. Always considerate and accurate in all his dealings. I recently purchased a certified E350 and also bought the extended warranty. Prior to purchasing the warranty I asked what is covered. I was told by the finance guy, "what ISN'T covered" and he proceeded to say that maintenance items are not covered and listed them. I left there feeling really good about my purchase. This is where the service from Dan comes in....my back screen went out after 1.5 months of having the car. Dan tells me this may not be covered. I then recited what the finance guy told me. Dan covered my screen and gave me new wiper blades! Thanks a lot Dan for helping me out! Apparently this is common practice from the sales department. Shameful..... More
