Service and repair I have had my MB C300 serviced at different Mercedes Dealerships and found each one deliver quality service and timely repairs to my car. Customer service I was very happy with the service I got at Mercedes benz. Daniel was very helpful. The first two maintenance services came with the car I bought, so I was very happy with the service I got at Mercedes benz. Daniel was very helpful. The first two maintenance services came with the car I bought, so that was a nice surprise when they told me at the time of service. However I rated price low because when I called Mercedes to schedule my B service, I was quoted 475.00. This was about what I was expecting to pay. However I was told that the service was going to cost 1,000. Even though I was lucky to have paid for it at the beginning, and It didn't cost me anything at the time, I think its important that when I customer calls and asks the cost of the service It should be as off as that was. 475.00 to 1000,000 is a lot to me! More
