After some discussion, the dealer agreed to take a closer look, and decided that the molding did not meet the very best standard Mercedes and the dealer set for their customers and the bumper should be replaced. From there Adam took care to insure that paint and installation were flawless. I have purchased two new vehicles at this dealership and found the personal service to be unsurpassed. More

Willingness to do what's Right My wife took her 2016 SLK 300 in for normal service with only a little over 4000 miles. Everything went fine. We got the car back that afternoon. It My wife took her 2016 SLK 300 in for normal service with only a little over 4000 miles. Everything went fine. We got the car back that afternoon. It rained that day so when she got home I rinsed off the car and dried it. I noticed some new scratches that were pretty significant in the narrow painted service between the passenger door window and the glass roof. I tried rubbing them out with some basic polish but they were too deep. This car gets pampered with daily attention from me so it's normally perfect when my wife drives off. (it's therapy for me) I know every inch of it. That day there was her drive to the dealership and eventually a drive back home. We always clean it before taking it in as well. So these scratches came from an unknown source. No one at the dealership knew anything and I had no way to prove how or when they occurred. So I brought the car back to the dealership. No one was happy about it but they did not hesitate to agree to take care of the repair. They could have easily said they were not responsible. Instead they took the high road. They claim to be a Golden Rule dealership. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." That's how they treated me. The car had to go to the body shop to have the small portion of the roof painted. It took almost a week but a loaner car was provided. The car came back with a perfect match paint job, good as new. Their attitude and actions were much appreciated my wife and I. The cost of the repairs to the dealership was offset completely by the Good Will they built with this customer. More
