The owner's manual told us what it was (skid protection), but we didn't know why that was not working when we might need it. Stopping into the dealer (on a legal holiday no less) we got a quick and polite answer, turned on the system, and sent us on our way. Oh yes, I did take time to get a cup of their great free coffee. The worst experience I ever had at Mercedes-Benz dealer I have never had an experience like this at any of the Mercedes-Benz dealers . The El Dorado Hills location was the worst . Guy named Don is so mean I have never had an experience like this at any of the Mercedes-Benz dealers . The El Dorado Hills location was the worst . Guy named Don is so mean even cursed while I was in the office, used the word xxxx and was saying how busy it was that day. He wasn't even aware of my warranty I had on the car. I had provided all the information to him why I took my car and the main reason why I dropped my car off was because of the engine noise it would make every morning I would start up my car. It's weird loud noise it makes. Until this day this problem has not been resolved . He told me that the car has absolutely no problems and he does not even know why I dropped it off . He try to make me look stupid . I was told that I was going to be contacted the next day for the noise that my car is making . But someone else called me in the morning and told me that my car is ready to get picked up no one mentioned the problems that I had provided . Don even told me that some people take the rental cars for pleasure views why are you even mentioning this to me . No I don't not Drive 25 minutes to the dealer to drop off my car because it does not have any problems and grab a rental car for pleasure use . He was telling me that other customers use that for pleasure views I don't think you should mention that to me I have nothing to do with that . I was even called a xxxxxxx from Don. Because I refuse to pay $160 fee. Just because I told him to check my battery and the noise that was making from the brakes . I am just trying to get my car fixed as soon as possible . I don't want to wake up every morning and experience this loud rattle noise from my engine every time I start my ignition .I feel like Mercedes should take better care of me next time I stop in because I do have a warranty on my car and I have had almost 60 tha I feel like Mercedes should take better care of me next time I stop in because I do have a warranty on my car that means I should not be asking any other questions if my car has problems I want to drop it off and get the problem fixed period .
