On my recent visit, I showed Daniel a little clip that apparently had come loose from somewhere in the engine compartment; it had ended up at the base of the windshield wipers. I asked Daniel about this little clip. And I can report that before I left the Service Center that day, he had found the proper location for this non-critical part in the complex engine compartment.
