Need to improve customer service and Mercedes Benz standards The staff at service center was not welcoming. It was 105 degree outside and no one even asked if I want water to drink. No one called me back to check on my feedback on recent service provided. Overall lot need to improve to welcome customer and keeping Mercedes Benz standards and reputation. More
