Great customer service My vehicle left the service dept with the reason for the visit not fixed. I promptly returned to have it addressed; Daniel Clark had a courtesy car i My vehicle left the service dept with the reason for the visit not fixed. I promptly returned to have it addressed; Daniel Clark had a courtesy car in literally two minutes and had me back on my way. I know they felt perturbed sending a vehicle out not fixed but these things happen. Good customer service is measured when there is “a problem” in many cases and they handled this well. The car was fixed properly in only a couple of days and Daniel Clark surprised us with a gift card for the extra trouble. I appreciate that kind of gesture; it helps the customer to feel taken care walking out of there after an issue. More
