Worst service department!! Dishonest service advisor! I took a 2017 Mercedes GLS63 in for service to for the cup holder wasn’t cooling and heating, although the car was still under bumper to bumper warran I took a 2017 Mercedes GLS63 in for service to for the cup holder wasn’t cooling and heating, although the car was still under bumper to bumper warranty, the dealership claimed that the part is a non covered item. Service advisor quoted me $907 for part (entire center console cup holder assy) and almost $300 for labor. I didn’t feel that this was accurate, so took it to a different Merz dealership for second opinion. The other dealership ruled out that only a switch needs to be replaced which costs $35 and not the whole console. Switch replaced, everything is working perfect now. Run away from this place, otherwise you will be taken advantage of. More

Second visit in the p.m.for2 hrs. I had to make a second visit because the car at between sixty and seventy it was very rough feeling even through the steering wheel. Airbag Recall I received a letter that the airbags had arrived. I made an appointment and waited 3 hours to be told that they had the wrong airbags for my car. Ther I received a letter that the airbags had arrived. I made an appointment and waited 3 hours to be told that they had the wrong airbags for my car. Therefore it took them 3 hours to realize that it was the wrong airbags... The correct ones were ordered that day and now 1 month later, I am still waiting for their phone call to reschedule the install. There was a lack of communication, organization and customer service.
