Excellent Dealership and Service Center When purchasing our MB GLE350 we went to several dealerships and choose El Dorado Hills. We were X-HP employees and was recommended one individual (c When purchasing our MB GLE350 we went to several dealerships and choose El Dorado Hills. We were X-HP employees and was recommended one individual (can't remember his name) but he referred us on to Zach Shiner who was excellent! Even though this dealership is much further from our home we choose them because of their professionalism, they made us feel very welcomed once we step foot into their showroom, they helped us locate the vehicle we wanted e.g., model, color, amenities etc...and gave us a good price and financing once we found the car. We were never pressured into anything. Since we bought the car in 2016 the servicing has been top notch, I always try and determine which service advisor I'd like work with and found that Gayton is very knowledgable and patient, he listens to why I'm bringing the car in. He's very thorough on the required mileage servicing the car needs and explains everything on what will be serviced that day and he makes sure when I pick up the car that its washed and presented back to me in a clean and excellent condition. Out of all the MB dealership and servicing dept, I highly recommend El Dorado Hills and have always and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and family wanting to purchase a Merceds Benz.
