This place is a horrible dealer. When I signed up for a 3 year lease I was promised the world. They said i can come in and swap my lease out for any other leased vehicle whenever i wa When I signed up for a 3 year lease I was promised the world. They said i can come in and swap my lease out for any other leased vehicle whenever i want. This is not the case, first time I attempted to "swap my leased vehicle" THEY WANTED ME TO RESIGN FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS IN ORDER TO TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE! There is no "swapping" only resigning and completely writing a new deal INCLUDING CREDIT CHECK AND FINANCING. I attempted to buy a used truck off their lot as the lease was useless to me 1.5 years into it due to relocating to the snow. I spent 7 hours away from my family making a deal where everyone benefited and I was promised the financing was solid before i left. WE SIGNED A DEAL AND 7 DAYS LATER AFTER MY FAMILY WAS LOVING OUR NEW TRUCK THEY CALL ME BACK AND SAY THEY NEEDED TO REWRITE THE DEAL! I LITERALLY HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT THAT THEY BROKE BECAUSE THE APR WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH. EVERY TIME SOMETHING CAME UP, THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO SCREW ME OVER! EVEN ON THE DEAL THEY WENT BACK ON THEY STILL MADE ME PAY 100% OF THE LEASE AND TRIED TO SCREW ME OVER IN THE TRUCK! I PAID MY LEASE OFF EARLY AND TURNED IT IN WITH ALMOST 10,000 EXTRA MILES ON IT JUST TO NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! I AM STILL RETURNING STUFF I BOUGHT ON EBAY FOR THE TRUCK THEY TRIED TO YOYO SCAM ME ON! STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING VON HOUSEN!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS!!!! More

Great Experience I worked with Salesmen JT and he helped me find the perfect C300 and get it in my budget, the dealership as a whole was very professional, I had to re I worked with Salesmen JT and he helped me find the perfect C300 and get it in my budget, the dealership as a whole was very professional, I had to return a week or so after getting the car to drop it off to get the windows tinted and they took great care of my car and set me up with a loaner vehicle so I would still be able to do my daily tasks. My only complaint is since I bought the car later in the evening by the time we finished the paperwork I guess the car washers had gone home so I took delivery of the vehicle un washed but other than that it was a great overall experience and will hopefully be back in a few years for my next vehicle More
