Had to negotiate for them to honor "star certified" bought several cars here now and this place never fails to disappoint me in one way or another. Sales.... Meh...., just average tell you what you want bought several cars here now and this place never fails to disappoint me in one way or another. Sales.... Meh...., just average tell you what you want to hear salesmen. Service....staff is cool and nice but quality of work is sub par, my star certified car is going for its 4th or 5th visit in 6000 miles (5 months aprox) since purchase one of which left us with a loaner for over a month while I had to beg for them to replace stuff that should have been done before I took the car (bald tires and cracked windshield) amongst the other problems like asking them for a spare key for 4 months until I finally got one. The new tire now has a slow leak, I sent a pic and message to my service advisor. He asked how log it takes to lose pressure, and then never responded again....Over all if you don't need to deal with this place, don't. There are better customer focused dealerships. Free wifi and beverages are at every mb dealer. That's not running a good show that's mb level facilities. The stuff behind the scenes sucks at this place. I'm going to give the Sacramento location a chance before I completely condem Von hossen in general. More
