Sales Process Great/Service is Still a Questionmark My experience with Paul Antoci was exceptional. He went out of his way to work with me, and even came by my office to help facilitate the transaction My experience with Paul Antoci was exceptional. He went out of his way to work with me, and even came by my office to help facilitate the transaction during the holidays. My experience after the sale has been less than stellar. This is a certified pre-owned vehicle, and during my training with the concierge we found the cap left off of the radiator. Was likely that way during all of my test drives. We only found this by my asking to see how to open the hood... This could have been (and may still be ) a very costly oversight on behalf of MBZ of El Dorado Hills. I have also made three senseless trips back to the dealership to get my second key, due to a lack of coordination between parts and service. Then, within 48 hours of taking possession of the vehicle, we found damage to the drivers side door and the drivers seat. Damage that was very difficult to notice on general inspections, but is now very obvious. The court is still out on how the Sales staff will deal with this, but I have not felt like my concerns are being adequately addressed. In fact, some of my discussions with Ryan Skelly have been borderline insulting. Adam Ruff , on the other hand, has been a friendly/customer-service oriented member of the staff. More

The owner's manual told us what it was (skid protection), but we didn't know why that was not working when we might need it. Stopping into the dealer (on a legal holiday no less) we got a quick and polite answer, turned on the system, and sent us on our way. Oh yes, I did take time to get a cup of their great free coffee.
