good service on the day I bought The day I bought my car I was not told the car had locks on the wheels and was not given a key for them I had to discover that myself also I didn't ha The day I bought my car I was not told the car had locks on the wheels and was not given a key for them I had to discover that myself also I didn't have a second key which I had to return for.For the third time I returned I was never told the specifics of the road side assistance and I received A letter saying it was never activated so I had to do that and I thought Mercedes did it or should have done it. That day I called Ryan The sales manager and he never returned my call which I think is terrible.Lets hope the service department is better than your sales dept.if the dealership wants a positive review they should make sure all the stuff on your car is gone over at the time of the sale of the vehicle. I wonder if there are any more surprises for me the only reason I realized my car had wheel locks is I read the owners manual let's be honest most people don't even do that. More
