Overinflated Tires! The mechanic who performed a 'safety check' overinflated my Conti's by a dangerously gross margin. The ride didn't feel right, so I immediately went The mechanic who performed a 'safety check' overinflated my Conti's by a dangerously gross margin. The ride didn't feel right, so I immediately went to the local America's Tires (where I always get my rubber) and they found that all four tires were between 40 and 43 psi, when they were supposed to be 28 (front) and 33 (rear). Don was great but whoever checked my tires needs retraining. More

Dishonest salesperson. Very serious concerns with integrity. We purchased two cars from this dealership. We absolutely wholeheartedly feel the salesperson was super dishonest. AND we still do not have a key fob We purchased two cars from this dealership. We absolutely wholeheartedly feel the salesperson was super dishonest. AND we still do not have a key fob to our new car but it goes way beyond a key. He lied so badly that we are considering our options. I cannot believe that Mercedes would be associated with this kind of sales behavior. But we would never recommend this place. More

This was a surprise to me since you had my car overnight. Normally when I get my car after work is completed, my car has been cleaned inside and out. That's my only complaint. More
