Gayton is the man to go to!! I have been bringing my Mercedes to Gayton from the beginning. I had just bought my son's 2006 C230 Mercedes because he was moving to DC and didn't n I have been bringing my Mercedes to Gayton from the beginning. I had just bought my son's 2006 C230 Mercedes because he was moving to DC and didn't need a car, so I took this thing over for him - and didn't want to chance it breaking down on me and brought it to El Dorado and Gayton has helped me with this car more than I can say. I have recently purchased a newer Mercedes from El Dorado and traded in my 2006 car and it had more problems than the 2006 for being a 2016 C300 - but Gayton came to the rescue and found everything wrong with this car and took care of everything for me. Blown out tire On our trip from southern Cal going to northern Cal, we hit a pot hole on the 5 fwy about 100 miles south of El Dorado. Having just bought the tires On our trip from southern Cal going to northern Cal, we hit a pot hole on the 5 fwy about 100 miles south of El Dorado. Having just bought the tires from a so Cal dealer, my wife and I started calling Mercedes dealers in the Sacramento area and discovered El Dorado had the tire we needed. We show up at the dealer, and for some reason, the Service Manager we were supposed to talk to was not there. Another Service Manager immediately stepped in, understood our issues, and told us not to worry. A lot worker took us to one of his favorite eating spots so we could have lunch while we waited. When we returned, the car was clean and ready, but the Service Manager couldn't make contact with our So Cal Service Manager for important information. Non the less, he let us go so we could go to our important event, and later called us with necessary info and told us what we needed to pay. No rush on the dealerships side at all. Excellent Customer Service. Also, if they were not so far, I would consider buying my next Mercedes from this dealership- which I almost did since my wife fell in love with one of their cars in the showroom. More

I have had numerous problems with my 2015 C cla Don Vandershoot has always provided excellent customer service but this time he went above and beyond. I have had numerous problems with my 2015 C class and this time it was the sunroof that was broken and the entire thing needed to be replaced. Don, knowing how many issues I’ve already dealt with, went to bat for me and got the sun roof replaced at no cost to me. I had been thinking that I was not going to get another Mercedes, but his level of service has changed my mind. Thank you Don!! More
