Took my G550 in for service on 8/30/21. One week went by, no call, had to call them, still working on it. Week 2 went by, no call, had to call them, still working on it. Week3 goes by, no call had to call th no call, had to call them, still working on it. Week 2 went by, no call, had to call them, still working on it. Week3 goes by, no call had to call them, I was told their “top” technician couldn’t find issue, want to release car to me and wants me to bring it back when issue worsens, gets louder or happens more frequently!Week 4 goes by, no call, called them. My service manager, Mike Migliore, said he closed out my paperwork and thought I was going to pick up the car, he thought he called me. No call. He did apologize for thinking he called me. I am getting no where fast with them. I hate to say it but maybe it’s because I am a woman. I don’t want the car back until it is fixed. This is suppose to be a company that prides themselves in their service! Ha! More
