Every amenity provided while you await your car's servicing from a fresh Wall Street Journal to a shoe shine to fancy coffees, salads and sandwiches to desktops and quiet workstations all in a vast and comfortable environment. If the work takes longer than normal, as per Mercedes servicing standard, you can get a brand-new Mercedes loaner car similar to your own while you await your vehicle. Our service rep is Adam McCuen. He's well-versed, friendly and earnest; and while I wish didn't have the need to interact with him as often as we do, Adam is always a professional who strives to make the customer experience as pain-free as possible.
