My family has been in the Ray Catena family for the last 12 months with two vehicles leased through salesman Robert Gold and now it was my turn. We met Mr. Gold who greeted us with a very friendly attituded and was willing to show us the entire showroom. He was willing to take the time to do this and at no time did we feel pressured and/or rushed. He spent alot of time discussing the vehicle we were considering and discuss all of the different packages the vehicle could have in it. Mr. Gold asked us if we would like to test drive a vehicle which we did. After the test drive, we discussed the different ways of either buying and/or leasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Gold and I were able to reach a deal. A couple of days later, Mr. Gold called to see if I was satisified with vehicle. I am completely satisified with Mr. Gold and my vehicle. More
