My wife and our 3yr old son have been to several dealerships and this dealership treated us like royalty. We went down there, 40 minutes away because they had a CPO. ML350, the one my wife wanted with the premium 2 package . It had only 10k miles on it. When we got there we saw that the hood looked a little to used for our taste (we are very anal about our vehicles). The General Manager, Doug Wells, offered to repaint it but we declined. While still checking out the vehicle Mr. Wells slipped away and returned with a MB die cast car for our tired and impatient son. It made my sons day and allowed us to keep shopping!! Then to make things even better our Sales Rep. Allyson Gutman got him ice cream!!!! Once we got him settled down the two of them did a search of the entire United States and found the car we wanted. They arranged to have it trucked to us from Colorado!!!!! Out of all of the dealerships we went to or spoke with NOT ONE OFFERED TO DO THIS!!! Not to mention they did this after their hours of operation had passed!! When we left the dealership and got in the car my wife turned to me and stated, that was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I ever had, THIS DEALER IS ACES!!!. Top quality, great experience!! I highly recommend!! Mr. Catena you run a class A , quality dealership!! Your employees really care. More

I just leased my third Mercedes-Benz last Friday and I'd have to say that it was the most positive and pleasant experience I've had with respect to purchasing/leasing a car. Besides being so professional and knowledgeable about the product, and credible, he was meticulous in his explanations about the car, about the leasing process, and about the terms of the transaction itself. Car buying/leasing usually comes with some degree of stress, but last week's experience was definitely the most positive one for me. Thank you David! No clue about the R-class,didn't seem like he wanted to make a sale. Also didn't seem sure of what he told me about the vehicle. I mean this wasn't rocket science it was a car (crossover).
