Excellent experience - thank you Clinton Vail & Ray Catena! I've purchased and leased many vehicles in my lifetime and this is the first time I can honestly say it was a really good experience. I knew Clinton Vail from my local town in Bridgewater. I drove past other Mercedes dealers to specifically work with Clinton at Ray Catena in Edison. He assured me the dealership was a 'destination' and he was right. All my questions were answered upfront, honestly, straightforward and quickly. No game playing - just working out the best deal, finding the best car for me and having some fun and laughs along the way. Not to mention good coffee, bagels and candy every now and then :-) Clinton truly goes out of his way for the customer and the dealership has a very friendly feel about it. Everyone says hello and is helpful. No back finance room to go visit at the closing. I highly recommend Ray Catena as a car dealer, and Clinton as the sales person.
