The salesperson that I used to work with has left the dealership and I was put in touch with Leon. I never had any previous interactions with Leon so i didn't know what to expect. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Not only that Leon was very nice and polite, but he took his time to calculate few different payment options for few of the vehicles that caught my attention. After I narrowed it down to one MB vehicle, Leon made sure that I would go home with it by working with the finance department and continuously keeping me updated of all the steps involved. If anyone is interested in having a great experience in purchasing a Mercedes Benz vehicle from Ray Catena, he/she should go and ask for Leon. My first contact was Vince Peluso Jr. and he really went out of his way to make the purchasing of the car easy. He spent the time going over the details and options and guided me with making the best decision. As a young woman, there is always the fear that a ca This was my first time purchasing a car at Ray Catena and it will definitely not be my last time. As a young woman, there is always the fear that a car salesman will manipulate the numbers and not give you the best deal possible but this was not the case with working with Christian or his leadership team. I am a traveling consultant and not the most accessible person during the week but Christian was able to be flexible with his time to accommodate my availability with after hour calls/emails, when necessary. He was also extremely paitent with me as I was adamant about what I wanted to pay and features that were considered “must haves”; and then introducing a last minute exterior preference change after seeing the iridium silver on the highway a few days before we tried to connect on a deal. Not only was Christian transparent with the breakdown of the numbers but he worked feverishly with his team Ed Vechionne and GM Doug Wells to get the best deal possible for me. Ray Catena is most definitely running a customer service driven establishment because the entire team from the receptionist to the sales force to the GM made me feel so welcomed from the first time I entered the building. Also, I was most impressed with the follow up email received from Christian in which he thanked me for the service and reassured me that he will be available for any additional questions.
