This past May, 2012, I leased a 2012 Mercedes GL450 from Ray Catena Mercedes. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chuck Luciano. The transaction was effortless without Mr. Luciano resorting to any type of hard sell tactics. Any questions or issues regarding the car, Chuck has been available to provide support and answers. Simply stated, in the future, I will not purchase or lease a Mercedes from any other dealership other than Ray Catena, and I will continue to recommend the dealership and Chuck to friends and family interested in purchasing a vehicle. Dealership is by far better than any other I have purchased or leased from over the years. Besides it being a nice comfortable place, they had all of the cars in there line available which has not b purchased or leased from over the years. Everyone was nice and I didn't feel under any pressure to just hangout and browse. When it came time to do the deal Deshone was very knowlegable and pleasant and we quickly got the deal done and for the first time (leasing no fewer than 8 luxury cars over the years) I felt like I got a great deal with no upsale at the end. Customer service was really bad, they treated my not like a customer, but like a person who just goes their to waste everyone's time, with out even speaking to me. I felt as if they were profiling me just because I wasn't in a suit and tie. Once I finally spoke to someone they gave me the highest price they could on the car i was looking at to make it almost impossible to for me to purchase, then once they asked what type of car i was trading in I showed them my 2010 Lexus LX570 in which is shows me a value of $68,000 in excellent condition on KellyBlueBook.com which mine is in, they offered me only $42,000 as to almost want to insult me. In my personal experience i have never had a worst one than in this dealership. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase another vehicle for either private use, or for their small business/company. They do not treat all of their customers equally, and almost have this environment where if you are anything lower than higher class they will not treat you with the dignity and respect that you deserve. I am really disappointed with the way that they treated me, and cannot say that I will be returning to this dealership under any circumstance. Their are many other dealerships that I have had a much better experience with, and that me being a business owner can refer some of my customers to, and unfortunately this is not one of them. More

Our salesman was/is Greg Giordano. My wife and I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and personable individual in this capacity. He made the buying experience as thrilling as the thought of owning another one of these incredibly engineered machines. There was no haggling or bartering back and forth. We came in the door knowing what we wanted and he surely delivered on professionalism, knowledge, and price. We could not be happier nor can we ever say enough good things about Greg. We also need to mention another reason why we came back to Ray Catena. Their service center. To us this is an extremely important part of where we buy and of ownership. Ray Catena's service center is run by the best of the best, whether it is Linda who will greet you upon arrival or one of their friendly staff behind the counter. Then there’s Glen Gaito who is the service manager. Glen has and continues to offer excellence in service that even for someone like me who at times is hard to please wins hands down all the time! I really do wonder how he does it and want to say once again, 'Thank you Glen'. In addition there is one special service advisor we would like to mention. His name is Adam McCuen. Adam just exemplifies once again the excellence that this organization continues to offer and what it is all about!
