Since I did not received that, I will put the review here. I have been servicing my various C-Classes at this location since it opened and have seen service steadily decline. The most recent example was by far the worst experience. Scheduling: I was given a 1p appointment. I arrived at 12;50p and was probably the second car in that time slot to arrive. Standard procedures ensue, and I go wait in the waiting room. At 1:20p, I went to ask why I have not been assigned a consultant yet. Was told I would be next, but it was not until approximately 1:40p before I spoke to a consultant. That is 40 minutes of wasted time. I understand the technicians come back from lunch at 1p, but if they need more time, why not start the appointments at 1:30p? Service request not done: A couple of hours later, I received a phone call from the service consultant. He tells me that he noticed one of my tires should be replaced, but that would mean I would not be able to pick up the car until the end of the day. I agreed to the service to replace the tire. When I go back to get the car, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to "invoice and print up the bill". I do not know what that entails, but it certainly should not take 30 minutes. It was almost as if they had no idea I was coming to get the car. On top that, I reviewed the bill, and the service to replace the tire was not done! At that point, I decided not to say anything and just leave for the fear of being stuck there for however much longer. The entire experience is now a far cry from my initial visit to this facility. It has gone from a 5-star to a 2-star, and I will not be going to back to see if the slide continues. Record of my visit: Confirmation Code: X02T4NLSCS More

Ray Catena’s kept popping up but I kept ignoring it. One day I had to go to NJ to help a relative so I figured I’d stop in to Ray Catena Edison because I was nearby. I had the pleasure of working with Vince Jr. He was gracious, cordial, helpful, funny, and very easy to work with. I bought the SUV on the spot AND I’m going back in a few months for another. If Vince Jr can get me out to NJ TWICE in a less than a year...well it means I’ll pretty much follow him anywhere. More

Great experience with Ray Catena and Paula I have been a customer of Ray Catena MB of Edison for over 20 years . Since my original Sales Representative had relocated, it was the first time I I have been a customer of Ray Catena MB of Edison for over 20 years . Since my original Sales Representative had relocated, it was the first time I was working with someone new and admittedly a bit hesitant. However, after working quite a bit with Paula Gaillard, it turned out to be a very good and comfortable experience. We went back and forth quite a bit and she was very patient, responsive and did not put any pressure on the sale. In fact, after making a car decision, completing the paperwork, signing everything and prepping the car for delivery and basically driving off, I returned and decided on a model change. I thought that this was going to be a problem, but she even made that experience easy! Paula was easy to work with, accommodating and clearly wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend working with Paula. More

Easy car buying/leasing experience.. I went to Mercedes-Benz of Edison a few weeks ago with the thought that I would probably just be window shopping. I got to the dealership at 11AM, and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Edison a few weeks ago with the thought that I would probably just be window shopping. I got to the dealership at 11AM, and 12:30 I was signing papers to lease a new Mercedes Benz A220. My salesman Allen Conklin was great. He was friendly and professional. What I liked most was that he didn't pressure me into anything. I explained what I was interested in, and he showed exactly what I wanted right down to the color choice. I didn't even have to haggle too much on price or my trade-in which was refreshing. I drove my new A220 home that day. Mercedes-Benz of Edison has a new happy customer. More
