Hassle Free I stopped in Ray Catena to inquire about turning in my lease early. Tom Cola was my sales rep and he made me feel comfortable from the very start. He found the car I was looking for and made the process as simple as possible. The car was at the port so I couldn't take possession that day. On Friday I stopped by and he checked on the location and ironically it had just arrived at the dealer. Tom put the wheels in motion immediately to get me into the car. I added the illuminated Star and the Autovin rep was coming Saturday morning so I went and again an easy process.....Tom gave me his undivided attention to ensure I left satisfied. Great guy....very helpful, answered any question in person or through email. Thank you Tom!!!!!!!! More

Bad experience This dealer has a lot of cars and because of that you can get okay price like other big dealers. But you gonna have to deal with the people that work there, and unfortunately they love to play games with their clients between a sales guys like Chris Jobs that never answer phones or emails if he doesn't like you and also very rude like when you try to understand something he will laugh at you also the price that he give me on the phone changed completely when i went to see him and after all this changes he was just trying to blame it on me and saying the my credit is not as good also when we went for test drive and showing the car he didn't really explain everything, to Anthony Marino that comes to help you with the deal and after you come back to finalize the deal they change it and they say what's written on this piece of paper is really garbage and they are the ones who wrote everything. and finally after you close the deal and you figure out that they rapped you off, you go to talk or try to get help from Doug Wells the Big Boss then he let you wait for him about 45 minutes and try as much as he can not to meet with you and he thinks that because he's the manger that he has the right to be rude and speak a bad way to the clients which is unacceptable and never help or solve any of your problems, and that was my bad experience with them, and if i have the option to give zero stars i will do it so just be careful dealing with those people More
