She was professional, very nice to deal with and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. She went above and beyond to work with me by working on her day off and staying late to accommodate me because it was the only time I was available. I really felt no stress dealing with her. Any experiences I had in the past, with other dealers always became a very stressful event for me and I would dread going to purchase vehicle. Allyson made it such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her as someone to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Excellent serivice, even after the purchase I had already gone to an Audi and BMW dealership, and ended up purchasing a Mercedes from Tom Cola due to his no-nonsense approach to selling cars as I had already gone to an Audi and BMW dealership, and ended up purchasing a Mercedes from Tom Cola due to his no-nonsense approach to selling cars as well as his professionalism. He took the time to show me various models, and helped me choose the perfect car for my needs. I would also like to mention there was a minor issue after getting home with my new vehicle, and Tom stayed in contact with me the entire time and even sent someone down to my house to take the car in and drop off a loaner.
