From the moment we walked in the door, without an appointment, to look at the ML350, we were happy with the way we were greeted, assigned a consultant and assisted with our many questions. We arrived the next day for our appointment and our sales consultant was still with another couple so he asked Allyson to continue with us so we were not kept waiting. She was wonderful and we negotiated our deal. We felt the price was fair to both parties. Deshone stopped by to check up on us when he had a break with the other people.
