This is my fourth lease with this dealership and each time it has gotten better. This time new salesperson Dan Cattrell was wonderful...attentive, intuitive and most of all just plain nice....Paul (he r time it has gotten better. I have been leasing from Ray Catena for the last 7 years, although prior to 3-19-11 it was Lexus. I recently leased a 2011 Benz CLS 550 AMG from Ray Catena Mercedes in Edison and as usual, the experience was although prior to 3-19-11 it was Lexus. Ray Catena apparently is a smart man who employs people who understand that customer service is very important. I cant imagine buying or leasing a car anywhere else. The difference in the experience, compared to the Acura dealer i dealt with prior to switching to Lexus and now Mercedes, both of which are Ray Catena dealerships, is just unbelievable. If you like being treated like royalty, Ray Catena is the place to go. If your going to lease or purchase a Mercedes, then I highly recommend asking for Mr. Alfonso. I came into the dealership already researching the car I wanted online. The overall experience was great. I scheduled a test drive about 5:30 PM. In my wildest dreams I did not think I could afford a Mercedes Benz. After looking at several other vehicles from different luxury manufacturers I decided to take a look at a Mercedes. As I entereded Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Edison I was greeted by salesman Dan Cottrell. He was extremely cordial and offered assistance but we just wanted to look around. After falling in love with the ML350 and GL450. We wanted a test drive. Dan not being too far away but giving us plenty of breathing room was extremely willing to assist us. Dan was very knowledgeable and patient. After the test drive we sat with Dan to go over prices. He gave us many different options to try to fit into our budget. Dan never made us feel rushed. This was a no pressure sale and it was refreshing to deal with such a professional. After signing a deal. I left feeling very happy. Not only because I feel that we got an excellent deal but the class of service that was given to us made us feel very special. The Management of Ray Catena should be proud to have someone such as Dan Cottrell as an employee. My salesman, Timothy Antoniszyn, was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful...from the car seat adjustments to the Bluetooth set-up. He walked me through the vehicle, hood to trunk, explaining everything and answering any little question I may have had. I love my truck and can't wait to do business with them in the future. More
