Today I purchased my first Mercedes and I say if it wasn't for the outstanding and amazing job and quality of service that I received at Ray Catena Edison I would have never wanted to purchase my car t wasn't for the outstanding and amazing job and quality of service that I received at Ray Catena Edison I would have never wanted to purchase my car today. Doug and Bob went above and beyond what anyone other dealership did. The quality and the overall knowledge not just about Mercedes but the car industry as a whole was very impressive and I wold deal with anyone or any other dealership going forward. I was first going to purchase a BMW but after visiting BMW I had to what Benz was offering and thanks to the group at Ray Catena I am purchased the car that I wasn't my first choice but will be the only car I go with going forward. From the moment we walked in the door, without an appointment, to look at the ML350, we were happy with the way we were greeted, assigned a consultant and assisted with our many questions. We arrived the next day for our appointment and our sales consultant was still with another couple so he asked Allyson to continue with us so we were not kept waiting.
