Even after showing me the car, she remained super responsive when I had questions for her over email or on the phone. She remained so patient with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed during the entire process. Paula was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I inquired online about a vehicle, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for.
