Not what I expect from a MB dealership. Basically, I had Not what I expect from a MB dealership. Basically, I had two appointments scheduled to fix my vehicle. One with mobile service and the other one wit Not what I expect from a MB dealership. Basically, I had two appointments scheduled to fix my vehicle. One with mobile service and the other one with the dealership service department. The mobile service didn’t show up and even didn’t call me on the date of the service and when I called them the next day, Melissa told me that they cannot fix the car at my house and I need to bring the car to the dealership, although it took me two weeks waiting for this mobile service. I towed the car to the dealership and I have been told that they will fix the car within two weeks. Now today is the third week and the car has not been fixed. When I called the service department, Joe told me that they are busy and my car will be last to repair because I did not have an appointment. How can that happen and I had two appointments, one with mobile service and the second one with the dealership itself. Then I spoke with Neil, the service manager and he told me that they are busy and will fix the car when they have time. Neil was very rude and didn’t care about my time and responsibilities. I tried to reach customer service or executive manager but they kept transferring my call from one extension to another till l lost contact with them. This is the way this dealership treats people. More
