He listened to what I wanted, and found the best 'fit' for me. Many of the other salesman seemed to want to push me into what "they wanted" me to buy, rather than listening to what I wanted in a car. I saw so many great reviews on Chris Longnecker at Mercedes Benz Easton and emailed him for an appointment. I was still on the fence about the purchase when I went to see him, but left that day with a brand new 2016 Mercedes CLA250, which I am absolutely in LOVE with! Chris' reviews were spot on; his customer service was exceptional. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, and heard all of my wants and followed-through. Chris did not play games on car prices, packages, etc. I have purchased six cars to-date. This was honestly my first enjoyable experience. I felt respected, heard and most importantly as a woman, I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of, or spoken to as if I was ignorant of cars, performance, specs, etc. Chris was very kind and didn't push me into a purchase. Both managers made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service I was receiving and checked on me during times when Chris was running around getting my vehicle ready for a test drive, running numbers with the finance team, etc. Even other salesman congratulated me as I walked through the dealership. Everyone was very kind and welcoming throughout the process. I have never had such a minimal amount of anxiety when purchasing a car!
