Poor service experience. We had our vehicle serviced at the dealer under a recall. After the service and returning home, we noticed scratches and damage to the hood. Prior to We had our vehicle serviced at the dealer under a recall. After the service and returning home, we noticed scratches and damage to the hood. Prior to the service, we had the hood repaired due to an accident and it was in perfect condition. The recall service involved accessing the brake booster unit under the hood, exactly where the scratches and damage occurred. When we brought this to the attention of the dealer, they notified us that they reviewed video of the vehicle service and that no damage occurred. We asked to view the video and the dealer refused. If the dealer had video evidence to absolve them, it would be reasonable for them to readily share it with us. We find it telling that they refused to do so. In addition, we requested to review the check-in list which would note any scratches or damage to the vehicle before service and the dealer also refused to share the information with us. After several weeks and repeated attempts contacting the dealer, they have become non-responsive. Would not recommend this dealer. More
Extremely pleasant atmosphere and absolutely no high pressure sales crew. We were offered a fair trade and the price of our new vehicle was also very fair.
