The best part of this experience, however, was dealing with Phil as he was so sweet, helpful and readily available to answer questions. Although Phil was brand new to the Mercedes dealership when we came in to look, he was very well educated on various aspects of the car and the overall buying process. When we returned for purchase, it was obvious that Phil had carefully studied up on a few minor details that he wasn't previously familiar with making for a very smooth transition into my brand new car.
