Every step of the way Chris was in contact with me and I ALWAYS felt comfortable and informed. He even called me on his day off to make sure the delivery went smoothly. I would purchase another car from MB Easton and in fact will do so within the next year. Truly a pleasurable experience considering there are several Mercedes dealers (including MB Manhattan which is MB company owned) where I never received this type of care and consideration. They instruct their receptionist to lie and and hang up the phone on you . When I finally got through to Eric after asking a service rep to put him on . He questioned my location by testing me about where I live . And then hung up as well . Never experienced such a nightmare dealer ship. Very bad business model. Spoke to Hollie regarding Eric and understood where the unprofessionalism comes from. The fish stinks from the head down . And Brian and Richard the second and third managers confirmed that as well. Spoke to another sales person later on and he was acting like he is doing you a favor about selling you a car. Asked him about the sprinter for my business he said go to the web site I won't go over this stuff on the phone . Overall buyer beware from who you buy from. Because as you read hear if there will ever be a problem you will have no one to talk to. The receptionist will tell you it's Tuesday you know Eric doesnt work on Tuesday .??? Clearly something is not right with the management there especially Holly. That's why the rest of the group behave like losers. They will also record your calls and put you on speaker so others can listen in. All this instead of just selling you a car . Pathetic . They should be shut down for their discriminatory business practices . What they did to me over the phone playing games with me insulting me and so on is nothing short of abuse. More
