Attention to Detail Our experience was nothing less than amazing! We were on the fence with turning in an older GLK that we were constantly servicing. Ben took the time and walked us through our options and answered all of our questions. He even had snacks for our wiggly 4 year old. (A special thank you to Kim who kept our daughter entertained one night when we were in talking through the more "boring" parts of getting a new car.) Chuck was wonderful talking us through all of our financing options and answering questions on the packages that were right for our family. During our tutorial of the car, Jayden was wonderful in explaining all of the features and getting us set up! We left the dealership and didn't have to worry about testing and adjusting everything which was a huge relief to ask questions with someone there.
