Chris was fantastic to work with. I inquired about the car and within minutes he called me to set up an appointment. We emailed back in forth and then he also sent me a video of the car which really got m car and within minutes he called me to set up an appointment. I was a little slow with getting my credit unlocked and the insurance but he got everything done quick and answered all my questions. I’ve wanted this car for a reallllly long time and none of it would have been possible without Chris. 10/10 recommended!! Thanks Chris !! More

Amazing experience Andrew Weinberg is an excellent service manager at this dealership. Whenever I have a problem. I text him and within a day, even if its his day off or Andrew Weinberg is an excellent service manager at this dealership. Whenever I have a problem. I text him and within a day, even if its his day off or if they’re closed. He always texts back with a solution to the problem. When I go to the dealership I feel accepted and well taken care of by him and the rest of the people there. He has great communication skills and listens when there is a problem and just doesn’t pass it off. He tries to hear the problem out, whatever it is, and has a solution to it. Even if its something stupid like speakers on a car. And even when you’re sick, he tries his best to help you but keeping his distance, gives you a fist bump if you can’t give him a handshake. He has a very flexible schedule and is more than willing to adjust it to your needs. I am very impressed and delighted to have him as my service manager and I would recommend him any day. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. BEWARE. My husband and I had the worst experience with Mercedes Benz Easton & Land Rover Easton (same owners). We inquired on a white 2014 Mercedes CLA 45 A My husband and I had the worst experience with Mercedes Benz Easton & Land Rover Easton (same owners). We inquired on a white 2014 Mercedes CLA 45 AMG. We informed them we were already pre-approved through our lender, sent them a copy of the pre-approval, and that we are from out of state. We drove there on Saturday 2/08/20 3.5 hours away only to waste our time. Mercedes Benz Easton said the car actually belonged to Land Rover Easton and they were still working through the bug of getting our lender's funds via dealer track. (Why were we not told this before and why was it advertise on your website?) Before the dealership was due to closed for the evening, the finance manager, Adrian, begged to run my credit through one of their lender - that we could possibly get through with them since they were having technical difficulties with our pre-approve lender. Sure - no biggie, but oh no, they were closed yet he still ran my credit. Come Weds the following week and after waiting for the technical difficulties to resolve (and it didn't), I learned from my lender that Land Rover was not set up yet and them having switch inventory to/from dealerships caused the delayed. Not only that, Land Rover Easton finance manager was take off from my potential sale and now I was to work with Mercedes Bens Easton finance manager, Andrew, who pulled my credit 5x with 5 different banks when clearly on my application to Mercedes Benz Easton I had referenced my pre-approval # and noted not to run my credit with other banks. His lack of attention to detail and doing something without my consent was the last straw. I got on the phone with Andrew and Sales Manager, Michael and was livid. No explanation except he was trying to save me money?! I said to them I did not give you consent to run my credit! I already provided you with my approval letter so why would you do such a thing? Soon after dealing with Andrew and Michael, I advised my salesman, Cody with 419 area code (they have 2 Codys) that I am no longer interested. I let him know his team had F- up everything! Two days later I called to follow up if Andrew had called banks to pull back my applications as I did not want it on my credit report. I spoke to another Sales Manager, Terry, who apologized for all that occurred, offered to ship the car free to my state and work out a deal on the car, however, the damage was done. Terry also informed me they let go of Andrew. For the next two weeks I saw the car dropped 2K in price then transferred to another dealership. I hope these dealerships learn from their poor mistakes. - FOR THE RECORD - my husband wrote a review a month ago on Google and you denied having record of us there. I have Cody's cell/texts, Kim's emails (internet sales manager)and voicemails to my husband regarding our initial interest. More
