Rick, helped us find a very hard to attain 4X4 Sprinter van. He communicated well with frequest updated about the schedule delivery. We went car shopping for 8 hours that day and we had absolutely enough of it. We couldn’t find “the one” and had to deal with rude people the whole day. He explained everything perfectly and took the extra time with us to show every feature our new Mercedes SUV has. He really did an outstanding job.
