Got us in quick and did what they promised We needed a new key for our Mercedes. Will in Parts ordered it and we got to the dealer in Lindon. Great experience for first time service appointment I received a recall notice regarding the tail lights on my Mercedes C300. Coincidentally, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree warning about my turn, I received a recall notice regarding the tail lights on my Mercedes C300. Coincidentally, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree warning about my turn, brake and side markers. I made an appointment and they got me in the next day. They fixed the recall issue and found a second recall issue that hadn't be taken care of, so fixed that too. They even washed my car before they gave me a little kiss and sent me on my way. While I waited there were snacks and the soccer playoffs on TV while I sat in a comfortable leather seat. What a great experience and great service people. More

I was extremely frustrated by our inability to determine why the car would not start on very cold mornings (temperatures below 21 degrees). The greatest problem was that sometimes the car would start and so why the car would not start on very cold mornings (temperatures below 21 degrees). The greatest problem was that sometimes the car would start and sometimes it wouldn't and we struggled to find out why. However, that is not the problem with the dealership, but rather with the difficulty in diagnosing the cause of the problem from the information available to them. I did purchase a new key and that made no difference. Then the agency offered me a loaner SmartCar, that was brand new (45 miles) and very fuel efficient, while they worked on the problem. We still are not sure if the new starter, which they subsequently installed, works because the temperatures have risen to 35 to 45 degrees in the mornings. However, I have every confidence that they will continue to work with me until the problem, if not currently, will be resolved. We are now waiting on the arrival of a new part (manufactured in Germany) to replace the right front lifter/stabilizer, which they found was leaking. (It was previously repaired at 50,000miles but is now, at 60,000miles, leaking again..) I have great confidence in both Chris and Taylor, the Service Representatives at the Mercedes-Benz of Lindon dealership, who have helped me work through this and other problems encountered. More
