Convenient; great service I brought my car in to be serviced and it was done quickly and for less than expected. While my car was being serviced they also quickly took care of I brought my car in to be serviced and it was done quickly and for less than expected. While my car was being serviced they also quickly took care of a few minor issues with my car (light bulbs, bad sensor) and a recall they had for my car. The wait was comfortable and I was able to work while I waited. More

Chris and team found that my registration tags were due next month, so he added safety and emissions to the planned list. Above and Beyond! Steve Zitting went way above and beyond any expectations. We recently had an incident that left my wife's car with two un-repairable tires and damage Steve Zitting went way above and beyond any expectations. We recently had an incident that left my wife's car with two un-repairable tires and damaged (I initially thought destroyed) rims. Steve personally showed up at our home on a holiday weekend and took the damaged wheels with him. He returned on Monday with new tires on the repaired rims and mounted those on the vehicle. He knew that we needed an operational vehicle ASAP. I cannot imagine another person or dealership that would bring that level of commitment. We've purchased/leased many vehicles from Steve over many years going back to when he was with Ken Garff Mercedes. It is treatment like this that inspires loyalty, both to the brand and to the individual. The survey asks for a rating of the service center, but in this case we never did visit the service center and Steve is actually the Sales Manager. WOW! More

Alignment of my C280 Mercedes I have had to replace 4 tires twice in the last 6 months because one of the tires was completely worn out.
