Amazing Customer Service! We purchased a car that they took in on trade. This was the first car I have ever purchased where I was given a FULL tank of gas. We paid price that was advertised on KSL for our new car because it was priced WELL! I was inquiring about the vehicle (a G500) out of state. The salesperson promised the vehicle had been through their inspection process and had no issues. Upon returning to my state and finding several electronic and mechanical issues they refused to help. Also turns out they forgot to add TTL fees into the loan so I ended up having to come out of pocket for that as well as the repair costs. All these things would have affected my offer/down etc and are completely unacceptable to be lied to about in order to push a sale through quicker. I would not purchase a car here again nor would I bring anything here for service as they obviously are not thorough enough to spot the problems that my dealership in AZ did immediately. More
