MB Draper was willing to order in a replacement set, which I greatly appreciated, but I was told that I could by and pick them up. After arriving at the service dept, I was told that needed to make an appt to have them installed when I arrived. This NEVER was mentioned in any of our previous discussions. I complained that I lived 90 miles away and made a special trip, they made an exception to schedule me in, a two hour wait for 10 minute job. Success I was having issues with my bank and don’t get me wrong Tish and Claire tried to get me to try other banks but I already had my preference.
