Where is the competition???? Since Lithia took over European Motorcars I have a feeling that things went a bit backwards. Fantastic service and convenience...no matter what you drive I can't say enough good things about this service center. I don't own a Mercedes or BMW, but these guys treat me just the same. I'm almost embarrassed I can't say enough good things about this service center. I don't own a Mercedes or BMW, but these guys treat me just the same. I'm almost embarrassed to drag in my old 2007 Chrysler minvan when there are all of these expensive luxury cars around, but Scott Long, Brian Selby and the others treat me like I coasted in with a $160,000 Mercedes. I've presented their technicians with some pretty tough tasks, but they always get it worked out and I always leave happy. More

I own a 2012 Mercedes that was due for service B. I took it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. They were over an hour late picking me up even after numerous calls and assurances that the shuttle wa it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. They were over an hour late picking me up even after numerous calls and assurances that the shuttle was on its way. After complaining I was told I would get a complementary detail service. That was 3 months ago, I've called numerous times and always get the run around. I would advise anyone to drive to Omaha or Kansas City or anywhere else other than this dealership. More
Agreed with previous review... poor communication, rude treatment, and inaccurate information from Dennis, who has a tendency to be nasty if you doubt his superiority. His information is sometimes inaccurate (technicians have had to correct him, and he's even tried to charge me for a service that cannot be done on my car), he will often simply ignore you unless you come in with an s-class, and he doesn't hesitate to brag about the customer service awards in his office (irony anyone?) I don't mind paying premium for technicians who know what they're doing, but I've dealth with this so-called customer service schmuck long enough. From here out, except for warranty issues, I'll now take my MB to the dealer in IA City. (as to why I don't give all bad ratings, I should note that some of the employees are quite skilled and friendly - just this one guy ruins the experience every time I have to deal with him, which is most of the time) More
Terrible communication skills, very rude , doesn't follow assured service policies and will try to take every dime out of you on top of their over priced services as is.
