recall and alignment i had a recall and my car was shaking a lot, i thought it might be because of the tires and needed alignment. the service advisor said that an alignm i had a recall and my car was shaking a lot, i thought it might be because of the tires and needed alignment. the service advisor said that an alignment wouldn't fix the reason my car was shaking. the tech looked at all my tires and found one to be damaged and that was the issue. saved me a couple hundred dollars. i was pleased by the honesty. Excellent From the moment I made the phone call explaining I had an issue with my vehicle I was made to feel like my problem was very important. I was told I could bring the car in immediately and have it serviced to determine the problem. While my vehicle was being fixed I was shuttled to and from work which was extremely helpful. I was called as soon as the problem was identified and given options on how I wanted to fix it. At the end of the day my car was fixed, and I was on my way home. More
