I negotiated a car purchase with this dealer for the purchase of a Mercedes. We discussed the car having been serviced with some snow tires. I asked if the snow tires could be included, and I was told purchase of a Mercedes. We discussed the car having been serviced with some snow tires. After we negotiated a price, I got a call from the dealer that the snow tires were not going to be included because the former owner bought a new Mercedes and planned on keeping the tires. When I requested another set of snow tires or an appropriate price reduction, I was told No. I am taking my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend them to anyone else. More
I had a groupon to have my car detailed, they did an OK job. I am also in the market for a GL 450. I walked around for several minutes looking at the cars on the floor and not one sales person said as muc job. I am also in the market for a GL 450. I don't like pushy sales people any more than any one else, but some help would have been appreciated. After about 15 minutes I asked for a brochure, I walked over to a sales person and asked about a vehicle. I was told that they did not have any in stock and they would be able to do a dealership trade. I left my information with the sales person, as I was driving off the lot I noticed THREE GL450's. I went back inside and questioned the salesman, he started to back petal, oh I thought you meant new ones. I am no salesman but I would have liked the option to test drive or at least look at one of the cars! Needless to say I am purchasing the vehicle elsewhere. More
They went above and beyond what they needed to do for me and my family. This is my First Mercedes Benz and from what I encountered hear I will never buy another brand nor go to another dealership. Connor answered all of my questions and had several recommendations for me to make operating my car easier for me. He made a follow up call to me and asked if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. I was very impressed with this since not all car dealerships do this. I have recommended Connor and the dealership several times to friends and family and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough positive comments about my salesperson, the dealership, and my entire buying experience. I will absolutely not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here and work with Connor as a salesperson. More

Tony took good care of us ,introduced us to Ed the General Manager and worked out a great deal.. I own a 2012 Mercedes that was due for service B. I took it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. They were over an hour late picking me up even after numerous calls and assurances that the shuttle wa it to MB of Des Moines and used their shuttle. That was 3 months ago, I've called numerous times and always get the run around. I would advise anyone to drive to Omaha or Kansas City or anywhere else other than this dealership. More
Agreed with previous review... poor communication, rude treatment, and inaccurate information from Dennis, who has a tendency to be nasty if you doubt his superiority. His information is sometimes inaccurate (technicians have had to correct him, and he's even tried to charge me for a service that cannot be done on my car), he will often simply ignore you unless you come in with an s-class, and he doesn't hesitate to brag about the customer service awards in his office (irony anyone?) I don't mind paying premium for technicians who know what they're doing, but I've dealth with this so-called customer service schmuck long enough. From here out, except for warranty issues, I'll now take my MB to the dealer in IA City. (as to why I don't give all bad ratings, I should note that some of the employees are quite skilled and friendly - just this one guy ruins the experience every time I have to deal with him, which is most of the time) More
