My son is handicap and this is our transportation for him. That MB sprinter is my retirement money. I have no way to transport our son now to church, games, our house, to his cousins wedding out of state. I see they have a lot of charities they support, even gave a brand new MB sprinter 3500 to a dog rescue, which I was going to do on the side with my friend who rescues dogs. They can give a brand new sprinter to a dog rescue, but can not rescue a human in need. They are trying to say it was the last oil change about 10,000 miles ago and we have had it inspected and all has been good. We have not had problems with any lights coming on to indicate a leak or about to blow the gasket and shoot the dip stick out. They are going on what they saw from oil filter and that is it. I am not happy that they will not put this under our drive train warranty and replace the engine. I give their friendliness a 4 star, because they were friendly, my experience a 3 but now I want to say it is not good, because they are trying to put the blame on us. how can you be a sponsor to so many good organizations and not want to help out someone in need.
