I was on vacation in Daytona for a few days, the car I needed service for was a rental. The rental company would not help me (I started @ 8 am that morniing) got in touch with road side assitance and the needed service for was a rental. The rental company would not help me (I started @ 8 am that morniing) got in touch with road side assitance and they sent a tow truck times two. got me to the dealer to be informed that the rental company needed to give permission to order a key for the car (all my luggage was locked in the trunk with the keys.) Now here I am not sure where I am at a car dealer and not sure how I was gonna get back to my hotel. Not sure how long I was going to be stuck in florida, we were heading home on that Wednesday it Is Monday. The staff said they would work with me (now I am thinking of the expense of key that I will never need again. But bear said to wait a few minutes to see what he could do. He was able to get the car trunk open. Tim made my day by not charging me for any service again this was only a rental and they did not have to go out of their way to help. I recieved many phone calls to check on me after the service. My husband and I rented the car to test it to see if we would like it and we did, after all the help we received when we are ready to but a new care which is soon I plan on flying back to Daytona and by the car from this dealer More

Mike is very friendly and helpful and got someone to help program my new phone to work with the blue tooth in the car. I do not remember his name but he was very patient and got every thing working. I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 da service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 days again it needed to go back for service. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. I felt like he truly cared about me and making sure that I'm happy and confident that Mercedes Benz will make sure my new purchase was a sound decision. Pat needs to be cloned, he is awesome!!!! More
