Friendly, Prompt, Helpful, Accommodating, Honest Service writers set the stage and Joe Drews was new to me. He knew the scheduled service we needed, and took care of us immediately upon arrival. He provided a time for the car to be picked up and it was ready and clean. He noted a problem with one tire which was replaced and returned the next day for an allignment. Joe also assisted me in reprogramming the mobile phones after the system had been reset. The waiting area is clean and well stocked and Joe took time to take me to the cashier when the job was done. His attentention to detail makes him a superior employee in my eyes. I thank you for the opportunity to comment on Joe Drews. More
