I was extremely disappointed in the service that was provided.. I brought my car in because the convertible top hydraulic system was malfunctioning and the air conditioning was not blowing through the provided.. I brought my car in because the convertible top hydraulic system was malfunctioning and the air conditioning was not blowing through the main vents in the center of the dashboard. After a $675 estimate to diagnose the issues, I received another estimate for $2136 to address the problems. They kept my car for two weeks. They told me that the a/c would require at least $5000 (plus whatever parts were needed) to fix- I declined. When I picked the car up, neither of the problems had been fixed! The car was in the exact same condition as when I left it. The service manager and the mechanic both had the same excuse ( they said the car was 30 years old - I pointed out that it’s a 1999 so that’s 25 years but they shrugged it off). I was charged $2136 and the car was returned to me in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off! To say that I was ripped off would be an understatement! They said the fixed the seal on the hardtop but they didn’t replace it ( just shoved it back into place. $2136 for such lousy service is a joke. I wonder if the owner of the dealership knows how incompetent his people are. More

Mercedes Benz of Daytona, as usual, accomplished the task of getting my vehicle back on the road in the shortest and easiest way possible. The loaner car they arranged for me to have allowed me to continue a of getting my vehicle back on the road in the shortest and easiest way possible.
